This project showcases a pair of fully customized clogs — created for a client seeking a luxurious, handcrafted, and statement-making product. Featuring vibrant yellow suede, colorful gemstone embellishments, a custom-molded logo buckle, and a specially developed outsole, this clog combines comfort with distinctive brand identity.

DESIGN$MANUFACTURING PROCESS
This clog was developed using our full shoe-and-bag customization process, with special attention given to mold development and ornamental craftsmanship:
Step 1: Pattern Drafting & Structural Adjustment
We started with clog pattern creation based on the brand’s preferred silhouette and footbed design. The pattern was adjusted to accommodate gemstone spacing and the scale of the oversized buckle.
Step 2: Material Selection & Cutting
High-quality yellow suede was chosen for the upper due to its vivid tone and premium texture. Precision cutting ensured symmetry and clean edges for gem placement.
Step 3: Custom Logo Hardware Mold Development
A signature detail of the project, the buckle was custom-designed using 3D modeling and turned into a metal mold with detailed logo relief. The final hardware was produced through casting and antique finishing.
Step 4: Gemstone Embellishment
Colorful imitation gemstones were individually applied by hand along the upper. Their layout was meticulously aligned to preserve design balance and visual harmony.
Step 5: Outsole Mold Creation
To match the unique shape and feel of this clog, we developed a custom rubber sole mold featuring brand markings, ergonomic support, and anti-slip grip.
Step 6: randing & Finishing
Final steps included embossed logo stamping on the insole, polishing the suede surface, and preparing custom packaging for shipment.
