PRODUCTION PROCESS:

1. Paper Pattern Development & Structural Adjustment

• Both the shoe and the bag start from hand-drawn and digital pattern drafting.

• Patterns are refined to accommodate structural needs, print areas, and sewing tolerances.

• Curved and load-bearing parts are tested in prototype to ensure form and function.

2. Leather & Material Selection, Cutting

• High-quality full-grain leather is selected for its compatibility with 3D printing and its natural surface.

• The dark brown tone offers a neutral base, allowing the printed texture to visually stand out.

• All components—leather, linings, reinforcement layers—are precisely cut for seamless assembly.

3. 3D Printing on Leather Surface (Key Feature)

• Digital Patterning: Texture patterns are digitally designed and adjusted to the shape of each leather panel.

• Printing Process:

Leather pieces are fixed flat on a UV 3D printer bed.

A multi-layered ink or resin is deposited, forming raised patterns with fine precision.

Placement is focused on the vamp (shoe) and flap or front panel (bag) to create a strong focal point.

• Fixing & Finishing: UV light curing solidifies the printed layer, ensuring durability and crack resistance.
