Plus Size & Wide Fit Shoe Manufacturer
Women's footwear in US 4.5–13 / EU 34–47, with D, E and EE width fittings. Bring your drawing, tech pack or reference pair and we develop the last, pattern and grading — from 100 pairs per style, in our own workshop in China.
Who manufactures plus-size and wide-fit women's shoes? XINZIRAIN manufactures them OEM/ODM in US 4.5–13 / EU 34–47 with D–EE widths, on lasts developed to your size chart. MOQ is 100 pairs per style and colour; samples take 5–7 days once the last and materials are confirmed.
Capabilities
What we build for wide and extended sizes
- Dedicated lasts from EU 34 to 47, cut to your chart
- D, E and EE width fittings; EEE on request
- Length and girth graded separately
- Wide-calf boots drafted to your measurement
- In-house last library, pattern room and material library
- Dual-width programmes off one last family
US and EU numbers, one last
Buyers in the US quote US sizes; buyers in Europe and the Gulf quote EU. We develop and grade in both, on a single last, so the pair that leaves the workshop matches the number on your box.
| System | Full range | Plus-size range | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| US women | 4.5–13 | 10–13 | Half sizes on request |
| EU | 34–47 | 42–47 | Graded in single sizes |
| UK | 2–11 | 8–11 | Converted on your chart |
The pairing above is the range we quote, not a universal conversion table — conversions vary by brand. The chart you approve governs the last and the size run.
Categories we manufacture
Four categories, plus size and wide fit
Heels, flats, boots and sneakers — each one available as OEM (your design and spec), ODM (our developed style, adapted) or private label, in US 4.5–13 / EU 34–47.
Heels & pumps
Stiletto, block and kitten heels in US 10–13 / EU 42–47: widened heel base, full-length steel shank, re-set waist. Above 70 mm we re-check heel position against the new centre of pressure.
Flats & loafers
Ballet, loafer and Mary Jane: toe-box volume and throat opening re-cut so the foot enters without force, counter stiffness adjusted to hold the heel.
Boots
Ankle, knee-high and wide-calf: shaft height, calf circumference and ankle entry drafted to your measurements. A wider calf is a new pattern, not a longer zip.
Sneakers
Cupsole, vulcanised and platform: ball width set by the last rather than the sole, toe spring re-checked, and outsole moulds re-cut above EU 45 instead of scaled.
Materials
What we work with
- Full-grain, nappa, suede and patent leathers
- Stretch linings and seam-reduced interiors
- PU, memory-foam and latex footbeds
- TPR, rubber and EVA outsoles; ABS and steel heels
Material choice is part of the fit: a stiff hide will not give at the ball, and a soft lining will stretch where you needed support.

Customisation
What you can customise
Your design
Send the drawing, we build it
Sketch, tech pack, CAD file, or a photo with measurements: we draft the pattern from your drawing, propose the last and quote the tooling before anything is cut.
Your sample
Match a pair you already sell
Send a production sample you own the rights to. We match fit, last and construction — or re-cut the width if the original is too narrow.
Product
Built to your spec
Last and fit developed to your sizing; forefoot volume, heel height, toe shape and outsole tooling.
Brand & packing
Built to your label, shelf-ready
Debossed, embroidered, printed or moulded logos; labels, hangtags, insocks and printed boxes. Barcodes, polybags, inner and outer cartons, mixed-size packing on request.
Who it is for
Brands that sell the sizes others skip
Plus-size fashion brands
Ranges that start at 42 rather than adding a tail size.
Comfort and wellness labels
Wide fittings sold on fit, not on medical claims.
Bridal and occasion
Structured styles that have to hold their shape at 45.
How it is built
Feature, construction and what to specify
| Feature | How it is built | What to specify |
|---|---|---|
| Width fitting | Separate lasts or graded widths | Which widths, and whether every size runs in every width |
| Forefoot volume | Added at the ball and instep in the last | Ball girth target and instep height |
| Heel support | Wider top piece, full-length shank, reinforced waist | Heel height and the wearer profile you sell to |
| Toe box | Volume raised in the last, not stretched in the pattern | Toe shape, and whether pointed styles are acceptable |
| Grading | Length and girth incremented separately, checked at both ends | The smallest and largest size you plan to sell |
| Footbed | Foam density and arch profile set per style | Fixed or removable, and the thickness you need |
What we do not claim
Comfort, not medical treatment
We build the shoe to your specification. Medical claims — that a shoe treats a condition such as hallux valgus — are regulated in most markets and remain the brand's responsibility. What we can do is build the width, depth and support that make a comfort claim true of the finished shoe.
Wide fit is a girth decision available in every size; plus size is a length decision. A 37 can be EE, and a 44 can be standard D.
Quality & compliance
How we control quality on every order
In-line QC
Cutting, lasting and bottoming checked at each station against the approved sample, not only at the end.
Final inspection
Size, width, measurement and finish checked on the packed order before it leaves the workshop.
Verified supplier
TÜV Rheinland verified supplier, audited for footwear production.

FAQ
Buyer questions
What counts as plus size in women's shoes?
Usually EU 42 and above, or US 10 and above. Some brands start at 41; others only need 45–47. We build to the range you sell.
Can you make wide fittings in standard sizes too?
Yes. Width is a separate axis from length: a 37 can be EE and a 44 can be standard D. Tell us the width table your market expects.
What is the minimum order?
100 pairs per style and colour. A dual-width launch can be split across widths as long as each style reaches the minimum.
How long does sampling take?
5–7 days once the last, material and specifications are confirmed. Cutting a new last is a separate lead time.
Can you follow our existing size chart?
Yes. Send the chart and any fit comments from your current supplier; we build the last to your measurements.
Do you make wide-calf boots?
Yes, drafted to your calf and shaft measurements. It is a separate pattern and needs its own sample.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We manufacture in our own workshop in China and handle development, QC and export in-house. Your order is not brokered out.
