Your own high heels — from first sketch to first order, made easy.
Are you creating your own shoe brand or expanding a footwear collection with custom high heels? As a specialized women's shoe manufacturer, we take you from design and sampling to branding and distribution — so launching bespoke heels is seamless, not stressful. You bring the idea; we make the rest easy.
Two ways to start — both easy
Every custom high heel project begins one of two ways. Pick yours and we handle the rest.

Have a design idea?
Send a sketch, a reference photo or a tech pack. Our designers and craftsmen turn it into a real shoe — last, heel, material and finish matched to your vision.
Start with your design
No design yet? No problem.
Choose from our library of women's heels, sandals and boots, then add your private label. Proven templates make the first collection effortless for new brands.

Custom design
Design your own shoe line from scratch, or create your own custom heels with our designers and craftsmen — every detail, from material to finish, matches your vision.

Private label solutions
Add your logo to any product in the collection and build instant recognition with private-label high heel shoes that look like yours, not ours.

Prototype development
Samples that match your specification — and every sample ships with a technical solution, so the step to bulk is already documented in the custom shoe process.

Wholesale & scaling
Grow with confidence — from a 100-pair first order to reorders and line extensions, mapped on the reorder growth path.
From idea to order in three easy steps
Traditional factories spread this across months and departments. We compress it into three steps, one team, everything visible:
Know it can win
Free feasibility review — structure, materials, cost and manufacturability in one pass — plus a 72-hour 3D preview. See the one-stop brand path.
Touch the product
A prototype in 20–25 working days with a technical solution and cost-risk checklist attached — materials, structure and process fully traceable.
Sell, then scale
Bulk plan, packaging and a first-order profit preview before you commit — then reorders and line extensions as the market responds. That is first-order validation.
Here is what "made easy" actually means — the hard parts we absorb so you do not have to:
- Sample stays true to the design. Last, pattern and materials are locked before anything is cut.
- Cost is locked at quote. Leather grade and hardware spec are fixed up front, so there is no mid-project drift.
- A heel that wears as good as it looks. Pitch, shank and heel-seat contact are engineered, not guessed.
- A first order that fits your cash flow. 100-pair MOQ, with the sample fee credited against bulk.
- Packaging that reads as a brand. Box, dust bag, label and insert are specified with the shoe.
- Bulk that matches the sample. Pre-shipment inspection is checked against the approved reference.
- A launch that hits the season. The schedule is confirmed in writing before deposit.
Start the easy way: send the idea and get a free feasibility review — last, heel and material recommendations before you spend anything on sampling.
Five levers we pull right now
Beyond the standard process, these are the levers we use this season to de-risk your launch:
Pre-holiday capacity lock
Lock Q1 2027 capacity inside the last sampling window before the factory holiday — slots and mould time are calendar facts.
First-order profit preview
Bulk preview report plus freight planning: we turn "what does it cost" into "what do you earn per pair".
Audit + full-inspection proof
Cloud factory-audit video, SGS/ITS double inspection per pair and NDA on request. See customization cases.
2027 trend shortlist
We shortlist spring/summer 2027 sellers for you — selection support instead of waiting for your drawings.
Free material & design review
A free feasibility diagnosis for new founders: trade a concept review for trust, then decide with numbers. Route via the brand launch partner programme.
Everything a women's footwear brand needs, under one roof
Real brands, real launches
Every collaboration starts from a specific problem. Four examples, each reduced to pain → fix → outcome:
ISAH · Shell-Trimmed Sandals
Shell durability is the biggest risk for shell-trimmed sandals — shells detach easily, hand-set consistency is hard to control at small batches.
Shell sourcing & durability validation, standardized hand-setting, small-batch sampling first.
Launched on schedule — "Timeless footwear for the modern wardrobe", a reorderable signature style.

Brandon Blackwood · New York
The signature gold "B" sculptural block heel — manufacturability, plating and fixation strength, and a consistent luxury finish are the hardest part of mass production.
Heel feasibility & mould development, gold hardware plating samples, fitting validation before production.
The Nia Heel launched — "Luxury design. Precision craftsmanship."

PRIME · Swimwear Brand Expansion
A swimwear brand moving into bags — no existing supply chain for a new category; gold hardware and monogram must match the quality of the core line.
Bag structure development, branded hardware & monogram, one team end-to-end from design to sample.
Custom bag development launched on time — "Crafted for Modern Elegance".

The Lucky Cowgirl Club · Independent DTC Brand
A playful design (black-pink-white tri-color + heart appliqués) turned into manufacturable boots — color blocking, appliqué technique, last comfort, all with a limited first order.
Tri-color & appliqué sampling, last adaptation, low-risk first order to validate the market.
The Austin Boot went live at $138 with reorders — a signature style for the store.

I only have an idea — what do you need from me?
Target market, target retail price, a rough first-order quantity and any reference images you like — screenshots are fine. From that we return a template shortlist, a cost band and a realistic launch window. No tech pack required at this stage.
How fast is sketch to sample?
A 3D concept comes back within 72 hours of receiving references; a finished sample takes 20–25 working days depending on heel mould work and material availability. The production schedule is confirmed in writing before deposit.
What ships with my sample?
A technical solution and a cost-risk checklist ship with every sample — materials, structure, process and timeline in one document. The sample fee (USD 250–600) is credited against your bulk order.
What is the MOQ for private-label high heels?
100 pairs per style; bags around 200 pieces. You do not have to bet the whole budget on one unproven design — start small and scale once the market responds.
Will bulk production match the approved sample?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection uses your approved sample as the benchmark — colour, stitching, materials and details, with records at every step. That is the core of first-order validation.
Is my design protected, and do you help before launch?
Yes on both. NDA before you share anything, and design validation records every revision. Before launch we also handle photography, pre-sale content and listing preparation.
